Users must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian or educational institution to use this service.By using this site and logging in with Google, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Users may sign in using Google authentication. By doing so, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are solely responsible for your account activity.Users must sign in with a Google account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

All materials on BruhahaLit, including logos, layout, and generated content, are owned or licensed by Clique Education. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any materials without permission.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
BruhahaLit uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate educational content, including stories and related resources. While we strive to provide high-quality and age-appropriate materials, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that is not suitable for all users or educational settings.
By using this platform, you acknowledge that:

• Clique Education does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or educational suitability of the content.
• Clique Education is not liable for any outcomes, damages, or claims resulting from the use or misuse of AI-generated materials.
5. Limitation of Liability
Clique Education is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the BruhahaLit platform. This includes but is not limited to errors, inaccuracies, or interruptions in service.
6. Modification of Terms
Clique Education reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of Ontario.
